@avrilrockedyou If you take Time Travel into account, Q once said that by the mid 25th centruy the Federation would have intergalactic travel. S8472 can call bio ships from anywhere to anywhere at anytime by manipulating their own fluidic space and since we saw their ships turn a planet into a debris field they would make a very devestating pre-emptive attack against one of the empires worlds.

@slickyboy40 Oh yeah, and WHY I say that - is because I already submitted the reasoning AND the scenario which even works according to the many worlds theory and I don't think anyone cared to discuss it. It's like everything else- SW fans always find a way to side-step those suggestions that have potential to be a threat, which is a shame; Since they swear SW is so unstoppable, then why such coward-like responses?

@slickyboy40 I wouldn't even try arguing this point because they'll never accept any trek tech could ever 1-up anything from SW, which is bullshit. Time Travel - and all theories regarding it - depend on a few different perspectives, and the method used. Trek uses many if not all so they got it covered, and SW has nothing but a hope that we'd accept playing by the rules 'allowed' -which again, is bullshit. SW fans always seem to dictate what is appropriate for suggesting.

@Perion Incorrect, Trek XI may support the "many worlds" model However Many Other epsidoes DO Dscount it, On The Episode The City on the Edge of Forever, Tell me how the 'Many Worlds" Theory Fits in an applies to that episdoe for example.

@avrilrockedyou What a refreshing comment after all the waffle I've seen:)

@Perion Have you ever considered devoting your obvious skills to real world problems instead of filling your head with so much useless information?

Data did you just call the Death Star a probe! lolPickard's lucky Vader didn't use his death choke!
Perion (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
@slickyboy40 That's because of the rule of Star Trek vs Star Wars is that of the same universe, different galaxies rule.In Star Wars the Force prevents time travel into the past, in Star Trek they appear to be capable of doing so, the "Many Worlds" theory is therefore taken as being part of the rules of Parsimony and as a compromise/combination of the two systems, rather than having one win out over the other.once again Trek XI supports the "many worlds" model and no episode discounts it

@Perion Incorrect, You are just Holding on to one of 6 theories of Time Travel in Sar trek that happens to appeal to your way of thinking to give you an Advatage, Google 6 theories of Time ravel in Star trek, Look a Capt.
